Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some positives like a top-tier location opposite Southern Cross Station and fantastic service, but the very small rooms with extremely hard pillows made it not worth the money spent for the night.
The hotel was ideally situated just opposite Southern Cross Station, making transport easy and convenient. The rooms were modern and had all the necessary amenities, although they lacked soundproofing, allowing noise from the street and hallway to filter in. The service was top-notch, with efficient and friendly staff. The dining experience was exceptional, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The facilities were well-maintained, including a pool and spa for relaxation.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Airport, and Marvel Stadium. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, are very clean and offer sufficient storage, which was great for our family stay. The service was excellent, with a warm greeting and well-presented room. The central location was convenient for shops, restaurants, and transportation, though indoor parking would have been preferred. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the chef’s efforts to accommodate vegan-friendly requests. The facilities, including the sitting pools and lap pools, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
